50 années de peinture américaine, 1944 – 1994
Exposition consacrée aux peintres et sculpteurs américains de 1944 à 1994, pour le 50e anniversaire du débarquement. L’exposition a mis en regard des œuvres clefs des grands noms de la peinture américaine du XXème siècle, tel que Jean Michel Basquiat, John Cage, Alexander Calder, Willem de Kooning, Roy Lichtenstein, Ed Ruscha, Andy Warhol, Tom Wesselmann, etc.

The exhibition was devoted to American painters and sculptors from 1944 to 1994, for the 50th birthday of the American landings. The exhibition has gathered key artworks of American painting of the twentieth century, such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, John Cage, Alexander Calder, Willem de Kooning, Roy Lichtenstein, Ed Ruscha, Andy Warhol, Tom Wesselmann, etc.
